The customer's bath needed some TLC after the chair wore through the original flooring. Removed the old flooring and installed COREtec tile floor throughout. After completion, the homeowner couldn't believe how great their bathroom could look.

Not all floor plans and storage are practical for the people living in them. Here, three types of flooring were removed throughout the main level, along with tearing down walls and reconfiguring them. Doing this allowed for wall-to-wall LVP, two 24-inch pantry cabinets, new molding, a thermostat, and an outlet with USB/USBC ports for easy charging.

You never really know how good something will look until it happens. Changing out some old wooden balusters to more modern-looking metal can totally transform a space. The newel post was found in a salvage yard and repurposed for this staircase. More to come on this project once it's complete.

The customer didn't know there was a toilet leak for quite some time. Once the drywall was removed, "organic matter" was discovered, and extensive subfloor damage was found. Everything was replaced, and now they have something safe for years to come.
