A customer wanted a nice seating area in their backyard. Something as simple as a floating deck and a pavilion gave them the space they always wanted. Remember, never stain or paint your deck right away. The chemicals in the treated lumber prevent them from adhering correctly. Four to six months is a good timeframe to wait. If water absorbs into the wood and doesn’t puddle on top, it’s ready!

After 30+ years, this entry door to a garage had finally had it. Rotted wood and an old-school pull chain weren’t providing much security for the homeowner. A basic steel entry door with a new lock/deadbolt combo now provides all the safety the homeowner needs.

The customer's bath needed some TLC after the chair wore through the original flooring. Removed the old flooring and installed COREtec tile floor throughout. After completion, the homeowner couldn't believe how great their bathroom could look.

Not all floor plans and storage are practical for the people living in them. Here, three types of flooring were removed throughout the main level, along with tearing down walls and reconfiguring them. Doing this allowed for wall-to-wall LVP, two 24-inch pantry cabinets, new molding, a thermostat, and an outlet with USB/USBC ports for easy charging.
