Crew Leader: Must be 23+ years of age. Self-motivated leader with ability to problem solve and lead crew through the assigned jobs while ensuring that each job is completed efficiently with high quality and attention to detail. This includes driving, hauling/maneuvering trailers, picking up/delivering materials, preparing estimates, and operating equipment to complete daily job assignments.
Starting Pay: $18 + per Hour DOE + Potential Bonuses
👉🏼 Qualifications:
* Must have valid US Driver’s License.
* Must be legal US resident.
* Must be at least 23 years of age.
* Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
* Must be able to pull/haul/maneuver trailer.
* Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.
* Ability to operate assorted machinery and hand tools (saws, drills, pressure washing machine)
* Available to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays; 40-50 hours per week.
* Ability to navigate company software utilizing tablet/cell phone.
👉🏼 Daily Job Outline Summary:
1. Review job list assignments and discuss details with crew.
2. Assign, ensure, help crew load materials, tools, equipment, and all equipment has necessary fuels and batteries are charged.
3. Travel with crew to the customer’s home to complete the job.
4. Sign the crew in upon arrival to the job.
5. Assign crew member to complete Job Safety Assessment (JSA)
6. Notify customer (if present) you are on-site and review details of job, timeframe to complete, etc.
7. Review and make sure each crew member has reviewed and signed the JSA.
8. Operate the equipment necessary to complete the job.
9. Once job is complete, ensure all crew members are signed off the job, as well as the JSA.
10. Submit completed job with after photos into the system for invoicing.
11. Provide feedback to the customer (if present) when the job is complete.
12. Ensure that the job area is clean, and all equipment/tools have been returned to the trailer.
13. Ensure crew unloads and cleans the truck and equipment upon return to the yard.
14. Other duties as assigned.
