Customer wanted a Class II Base driveway with a french drain placed just before the entrance to the garage.

Customer wanted the access road to be graded so the water went away from the retaining wall. Also wanted the edge of the creek cleaned up.

I removed the back lawn and installed 3 planters made from landscape timbers. I graded the sub grade for drainage. I graded and compacted 14 yds of DG, built and installed a custom fire pit, and built a pergola.
