they **regulate dopamine**.

So when the screen goes off?
It’s not “bad behavior.”
It’s **dopamine drop**.

🧠 Fast videos = fast dopamine
⏰ Sudden stop = nervous system crash

That meltdown?
That’s **dysregulation**, not addiction.
