Project Pine Glen in La Crescenta has officially started.

This is a 360 sq ft studio ADU, and right now we’re at the very beginning. Demolition just started. At this stage it doesn’t look like much yet. Just clearing things out and getting the space ready. It’s the part people don’t usually see, but every project starts here. Excited to see this one move forward step by step.

Project Lyceum in Los Angeles. 800 sq ft ADU. 2 bed, 2 bath.

Right now the project is still in demolition and foundation, so it’s mostly dirt, equipment, and prep work at the moment. Not the finished look people usually picture, but this is where the project really starts. A lot has to happen before walls go up. Looking forward to seeing this one come together little by little.

Project Delco started like most good projects do
 with a lot of planning before anything was built.

Built under California’s SB9 program, this 1,800 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was designed from the ground up. The main focus wasn’t just fitting it on the lot. It was making sure it actually worked in real life. The layout, the spacing, how the home sits, and how everything flows together. A lot of that gets figured out early. Permits, setbacks, and design decisions that make or break how the final build turns out. Now that it’s complete, it’s a home that feels straightforward. Private, functional, and made to fit the space properly.
