Old plaster in poorly ventilated bathrooms can cause extensive “cracking” to the surface of the walls/ceilings. We worked with One Stop Handy, LLC on this project in Parkfairfax. They patched the surfaces and we came back in to repaint the entire bathroom. A great referral from Woods Property Management.

Hardie Siding (or any composite siding) is a modern type of exterior siding that has a number of benefits when remodeling or in new building construction. It’s resilient to almost anything nature can throw at it…with the exception of UV rays Over time the harsh summer sun can seriously degrade and fade the luster and the color and it will have to be repainted. Here is a siding repaint from a long time client and friend in Falls Church. Last year we painted the front of the home and this April we completed one of the sides. A nice early season project. Did you know we also paint little houses (sheds)? Here’s one we completed back in early May. We paint matched and also repaired a corner of the structure due to wood rot. On the main garage we painted a side door and repaired and painted trim around the main door.
