However, a close-up inspection of the area revealed some active termite activity. At AG Builders, we don't believe in quick fixes or covering up problems. For the long-term safety of the build, we’re pausing our updates while we get this treated before any drywall goes up.

A small water stain or soft spot on the drywall often hides a much bigger issue behind the scenes.

When dealing with a leak, patching the surface isn't enough. As you can see here, we opened up the wall to track down the exact source, treat the area properly, and replace the compromised framing. Taking the time to do it right prevents structural rot and hidden mold down the road!
