Tuesday started out great and kinda went downhill from there!
My first job was close to home and went flawlessly- I love walls!
Then the passenger door wouldn’t stay closed! I didn’t have a lot of time I thought since the next job was 50 miles away so I used a boom strap to keep it closed…..kinda….
So after hauling butt to the second job we all patiently waited for the concrete trucks to show up- 8:30 scheduled-10:00 show up!
Right on time according to the ready mix plant!

Spun tires on the way in but I made it to the top! A little bit of rain got the top layer pretty slick but it was mostly dried up by the time I was finished.
I love walls! This one went very smooth and was just super fun! Chris did a great job and Eagle Creek was spot on with trucks!

Wow! I have not posted for a while!
I'm still here and I will post some of my recent jobs- still going over houses and still getting into trees occasionally! Re-wired the boom controls, got some new tires, the pump is still ugly....LOL! It runs and pumps good so I can't complain!

Going over houses is something that a lot of operators dislike- but I have done it so many times it’s just another pour. Here is the latest- footings a couple weeks ago and wall on Monday; floor tbd…..

Saturday morning! A little chilly to start but 90 yards in about 90 minutes. Actual pump time- not including set up and waiting on trucks.

Long time since I posted anything! I have been pretty busy with stuff- but here’s some pictures from the last few months! I got new tires on the rears; new front leaf springs; new brakes, and a few other expensive sounding things.

I had a wonderful day yesterday! Concrete was scheduled for 8:30 so I got to sleep in a little while; then I had a really nice drive almost to Bushong. Slab was wide open and setup was pretty good. Concrete arrived at 8:27 and 60+ yards were timed pretty close to perfect. When one mixer was pulling away the next one was right there and ready.
This was my first time pumping for Evan Wilson Construction; the crew was experienced and skilled at there jobs.
I got out of there in good time and my drive home was only marred by spending $200 for diesel!
Oh well gotta have it!
