Bea the Inspector is back on the job! 🐾🔨 She’s making sure the new dog wash station is big enough for proper inspection duty—and keeping a close eye on the insulation going in. Nothing gets past quality control when Bea’s on site. 😂

Built on Faith, Crafted with Integrity.

Inspector Bea here. 🐾🦺

I’ve been informed that it’s Labrador Day Weekend, which seems like an appropriate time to recognize the important role Labradors play in the homebuilding industry.

I personally specialize in:

🐾 Jobsite inspections
🐾 Passenger-seat project management
🐾 Checking that every new slab meets Bea Approved standards
🐾 Supervising Dad
🐾 Testing future yards for adequate zoomie space
🐾 Accepting treats for a job well done

Building custom homes takes a good team, and somebody has to make sure Bill is doing it right.

Fortunately, he has me.

Happy Labrador Day Weekend from Inspector Bea, Chief Quality Control Officer at Spakes Custom Homes. 🏠🐾

Love the way this House is coming along. Bea did her daily walk through and gave it two paws up.

Kinda chic to build beautiful homes with your best girl by your side. 🏡🐾

Around here, every project comes with plenty of hard work, attention to detail, and one very opinionated 95-pound quality control department. 😂

Bill may be the builder, but we all know Bea considers herself an essential part of Spakes Custom Homes.

Beautiful homes. Good people. A little dog hair.

You never know when life can change in an instant.

Late one night, a driver accidentally went through this homeowner's garage, causing major damage to the corner of her home. She called us looking for someone she could trust to put everything back together.

Our team stepped in, repaired the structural damage, and restored the garage so it looks like it never happened.

We're grateful for the opportunity to help our clients through unexpected situations and get their homes back to normal.

Give us a call for any remodel, repair, or custom build needs!

Big day at the job site. The slab was poured, which means this house is officially starting to take shape.

Of course, no major milestone is complete without a quality inspection from Bea. She made her rounds, supervised the crew, and gave the project her official seal of approval. 🐾

Every home starts with a strong foundation, and we’re excited to watch this one come to life, one step at a time.
