Sorry the video gets kind of blurry but this job was a complete redo in a condo in Edina. Replaced literally everything except for the walls! Took about two months and it was nice and warm so we were grateful ❤️.

Removed old fascia and put new azek on in its place. Wrapped the existing beam and posts with azek as well!

Resurface but had to cut into the house and replace framing as the existing deck was so poorly flashed water had been pouring into the house and rotting existing framing. Replaced half the joists and all posts. Used post based on existing footings and taped the base of the posts before burying them. Will be rock solid for many years! Trex decking/Westbury rail.

Existing structure and pergola were ripped down and we built new with 2x10 framing, new stairs, and Trex decking/fascia....

Existing structure and pergola were ripped down and we built new with 2x10 framing, new stairs, and Trex decking/fascia. We then built a new cedar 3 season enclosure, with shingled roof tied into the house with new ledger, new soffit/fascia, and tongue and groove ceiling! There wasn’t a crack where any insect could get in! Was a super fun build and awesome customers. We learned that Jay, the homeowner, reffed the gold medal hockey match at the 1994 Olympics, pretty cool!

This was an interesting one. Customers hired a contractor last year to build and after they framed it, they took off and never came back. We immediately took the stringers they built down as it was horrendous, and then we have to raise almost every post to make it plumb/level. We then built new stairs at a raised height as they are going to have a large concrete pad poured. Picture framed Trex decking and Westbury railing. We will be back to install underdecking soon!
