When hiring a company to perform any job inside your home. Please do your research, I may not be the cheapest option but I can assure you that the job will be done correctly and with integrity. These photos are from a job we did yesterday. We were relocating the outdoor units for a building expansion and noticed mold on the ceiling tiles. It didn’t take long to uncover that the previous company that installed them clearly didn’t take the time to assure that the job was completed properly. They had taped the insulation back to tighten flare nuts and never replaced them over about 2’ of line set. This caused sweating and the mold on the ceiling tiles.

If you are on the fence about replacing or repairing your current heating system gas or oil NOW is the time to do it. We are starting to see many manufacturers increase prices across the board. Here is a screenshot from one of our supply houses over the past couple months our material cost has gone up on average 8%. Some may think 8% isn’t much but when you’re talking thousands of dollars in job materials the increase to the customer is substantial. Many of us small companies do our absolute best to keep cost down but unfortunately these increases are out of our control. This week we stepped in on a new construction project that had unfortunately been abandoned by another contractor, leaving the homeowner stuck and unable to move forward.

Our focus this week was correcting multiple code violations, fixing improper workmanship, and getting the project back on track and up to our standards. While we weren’t involved from day one, we’re committed to doing everything we can to help get this family into their new home safely and properly.

Situations like this are a reminder that doing the job right the first time matters. We take pride in quality workmanship, clean installs, and making sure every system is safe, code compliant, and built to last.

Looking forward to continuing progress on this one next week.
