Recent collaboration with Kitchen and Bath Ideas on a bathroom renovation project. The outdated cultured marble shower was replaced with an onyx low-profile shower pan, handcrafted-style tile, and frameless glass courtesy of Staley Glass. The space also features Shilloh cabinets, a framed mirror, and updated lighting throughout. A freestanding tub and reworked window sill with matching top material doubling as a shelf complete the renovation. Appreciation is extended to Stewart Electric and Lyons Plumbing for their partnership on this project.

Always wanted to put a tub in a shower!!! Started off by recessing the floor for a barrier free entry, followed by a custom pan, tub dry pack zone, liner drain and envelope sloped pan and tile.
Matte black fixtures throughout, custom Ash wood vanity and recessed linen cabinet clear coated.
We rebuilt the angles of the original closet to create and 9' long shower pan at 64" wide, then enclosed with framelss shower glass. New electrical, paint, trims throughout. Special thanks to Lucas Stewart Electric, Lyons plumbing.

Love one of our 2024 kitchen remodel collaborations with Kitchen & Bath Ideas.
We embarked on a transformative journey, converting three separate rooms into a single, expansive space.
This ambitious undertaking involved relocating electrical services, installing a tankless water heater, reconfiguring drain lines within the slab, and removing several walls.
The revamped space boasts an array of premium features, including all-new cabinetry, quartz countertops crafted by Linco Countertops, elegant marble accents, high-quality porcelain flooring, and a spacious 42-inch workstation sink. It's been a busy yr and been meaning to post some of work this year. We started off 2024 with this awesome 4 room master bath. Our customers fell in love with the Snowfall countertop we did in their kitchen, and continued the trend to match in the Master bath.
We took out the dated shower, tub area, removed a couple walls then installed Schluter-Systems North America shower and floor components for a lifetime warranty.
Overlayed with a gloss tile rated for wet areas, then continued it on 2 accent walls, mitered the niche and windows for a continuous flow and tempered glass shelf in the niche.
Raised the counterop at the sink area for a comfort height, then had the top metered into a waterfall for the makeup vanity section.
Refinished all the old golden oak cabinets with paint and hardware.
Dual his and her shower fixtures, free standing tub, his & her sinks, & venetian oil rub bronze fixtures throughout.

Blue kitchens are "In" and this one is no exception. We updated the space with Aspects Stardew cabinets and Infiniti White quartzite countertops. Additionally, we installed new appliances, lighting, a Kraus workstation sink, faucet, and created a custom backsplash.

We expanded the footprint on this one by doing away with the dark cabinetry, wainscoting and cramped corners by removing a large walk in pantry, 2 chases, and bulkheads. Repaired damaged joist and subfloor as needed, new oak flooring was integrated seamlessly resulting in a beautiful and spacious kitchen. This one is definitely one of our favs!!!

This was our "2020" covid remodel in the Historic Lafayette building. It was a unique and challenging job, that included us tearing apart the ceiling in the newly finished condo below in order to core drill and move all the plumbing. Then we removed all living and bathroom room walls, redesign the hvac duct work and rebuilt all the bulk heads for better design flow. Installed Schluter System in the bathrooms for a lifetime warranty, and an amazing tile install by Kaplan Tile. Installed custom cabinets, custom walnut floors, custom trims and paint throughout. Our client did an awesome job with design choices and finished it off with custom wallpaper.
Special thanks to Stewart Electric, Kaplan Marble & Tile, Ray Lusk Plumbing for playing key roles in helping us complete this project.

Gorgeous Natural Stone master bath we completed with before and after pics. We used Taj Mahal quartzite tile throughout the shower, complimented with Taj Mahal countertops, bench, pony wall and curb for accents.
Behind the tile is a lifetime warranty with Schulter Systems for our customers peace of mind.
Shiloh custom his and her vanity along with linen cabinets for extra storage, champagne bronze finishings throughout and custom mirrors.
