If you’re the kind of person who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in building something that lasts, and isn’t afraid of hard work, we’d love to meet you.

At Fincher & Sons Steel Barns & Buildings, we build custom metal buildings across Oklahoma, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew.

What We Offer:

✅ Starting pay of $20/hour
✅ Monday-Friday schedule
✅ Approximately 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
✅ Weekly paycheck
✅ No nights or weekends
✅ Family-owned company
✅ Opportunity to learn valuable construction and fabrication skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and on time
• Able to lift heavy materials
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required
