Before i left the site today, the owners asked if we could use up some of their cement board and to be creative since they are a bunch of different colors...welp, my #2 man wowed us with this wall. I approve! Thanks Tyler Sabattis

Well then!....what..An...awesome & Fun job this was. Nothing better than being greeted each day by happy, Maine-loving, somewhat new down-East home owners who were not only easy to work with, but also super open minded, artistic, like-minded with designs.

All these “open to new concepts mindset really allowed my team & I to bounce cool ideas back & fourth between us & the home owners which allowed us to step away from the ordinary step by step directions and written plans & actually save money in the process!

The blessing to go off script helped create an awesome lifetime lasting composite deck & an epic custom under-deck-3-season room. I think I can say everyone involved couldn’t be happier.🤝

More pics & updates of the fully finished build will be coming up in about 4 weeks due to some back ordered windows and doors. Stay tuned!

This fairly new business I have created & started from almost nothing is slowly, but surely growing it’s name..And a good, honest and fair name at that for sure. We did some rehab work last week on a 100+ year old farm house in good ol’ Lubec USA. We didn’t want to go super modern with large decks, so we went super modest with a custom frame in porch around the old cement porch slabs.
Also, the “mop” board inside the living room and den were large, fragile, and a part of history, so we would not dare remove them, instead we layed half round trim to hold the floor and it came out absolutely amazing. Could not be prouder of this job well done! Get your messages to me with estimates as we are moderately filling schedule space for this post-pandemic summer. Let’s get building!!

We started with a plain, everyday basement. The home owners asked if we make make some space for their guests while they come up to visit Maine as they all love to do. We definitely gave her the room, and also made it so their guests would be wowed and feel like a 5 star stay. Great time doing this one! And on to the next!! Make sure you message and schedule your free estimate ASAP as our company is beginning to grow while our schedule books are getting a lot of ink! Serving most of Washington county!
