Project completed this week. 12 sided barn built around a silo in 1914. Power washed and repaired 30 year old foam roof (replaced 1/3 wirh new foam) then recoated. Painted whole barn. New fascia boards all the way around. Replaced some broken boards and bottom of sliding door. Jacked up a couple corners and repaired rotten structure. Removed and repaired silo filler tube. Also cleaned and re-screwed gutters on another barn.

1.5 in spray foam and then mesh and fiberglass blown walls. Using both gives you better sound control properties along with the advantages of the spray foam sealed building. Also more R value than just 3 inches of foam which is standard for walls.
