The responsibilities are:

answering phones
making calls to customer (great phone skills)
great customer service
bilingual
data entry (we'll train)
scheduling
dispatching
office duties
run errands

Needs to be very responsible, and very reliable. We are a real busy company and need some that can multi-task and sometimes work unsupervised.

Schedule will be Monday- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm some over time and maybe one or two Saturdays out of the month.
