💰 $40 - $55 / hr (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Leading and running high-quality residential HVAC installations
✅ Installing heat pump systems, split systems, and modern residential equipment
✅ Managing job site flow, quality control, and guiding junior installer support
✅ Delivering clean, reliable, and code-compliant work every time
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation
✔️ Solid experience with heat pump installations
✔️ Proven ability to lead jobs and take full ownership of the installation process
✔️ Strong work ethic, reliable, and clean ex*****on
✔️ Great communication skills with both customers and teammates
