Bond Contracting Inc. is happy to announce we are now offering excavating, land clearing and demolition services. Here are some pictures of a recent driveway we completed. Total length of 950’ and 10’ wide with a ditch installed along road and lined with #2’s, creek crossing with a 48” culvert installed with headwall built out of sandstone, and roughly 300’ of ditch cleared and cut back. We cut this road in brand new for the customer for access to his cabin, we had a steep hill to deal with right after the creek crossing. Latest project from Bond Contracting Inc. tearing off old decking, re-framing, and adding extra supports under the back of the stairs. The decking was warping and pulled off multiple stringers, and outside frame by stairs had pulled away and fell down nearly 2 inches. We added extra supports under stairs and outside framing to ensure there would be no issues with boards dropping or pulling out again. We then put the new decking down, cladding boards on, new lattice on with extra braces, and added a small door with lattice so homeowner could access the area under the deck for extra storage. Recent project removing old sandstones that use to be part of an old barn foundation and ramp leading into the top section. There were multiple old tree stumps that needed dug out and removed before sandstones could be removed. We then removed the sandstone and saved for homeowner to reuse. Grubbed out grapevines and brush that had grown up around an apple tree near old barn entrance. We then dug the bank out and made space between an existing block wall and bank for a tractor to fit between. Bond Contracting’s latest project, removal of a 600 sq. ft. paver patio, sloping ground, and adding river rock to top it off.
We started with the removal of the pavers, and the 6x6 landscaping timbers. This patio was built up about 12”, we removed all the fill dirt and sand to return ground to its natural slope coming off of the existing sidewalk to match the slope of the ground around the patio. After all material was removed and a nice gentle slope was attained we spread 12.5 tons of river rock to top it off, and match the existing river rock that was around patio area.

Bond Contracting Inc. recently refinished these basement walls. They had started to crack and had water damage that lead to a failed coating. The walls were scraped to remove the failed coating, we then fixed all cracks with a 2 part urethane cement, to help prevent future water damage. Then double coated with a hi-solids 2 part epoxy for extreme durability, we also added a anti microbial mildew resistant inhibitor, to help prevent any mold or mildew growing from damp areas such as basements.

We recently completed a secondary containment that we sealed with a clear 2 part hi-solids epoxy, then top coated with a hi-solids urethane coating for extra chemical resistance.
