🏠 Elizabeth City ADU Update!

This ADU is really starting to come together as we move deeper into the finishing stages!

The white oak cabinetry is installed in the kitchen, giving the space a warm, clean look that’s going to pair beautifully with the remaining finishes. Interior trim is being completed and paint is wrapping up throughout the home.

In the bathroom, shower prep is officially underway with the waterproofing system being installed and prepared for its waterproof test before we move forward with tile.

A lot of details are coming together at once, and we’re getting closer to seeing the finished product!

🏡 Elizabeth City ADU Update!

Another great week of progress on this custom ADU in Elizabeth City! This project is really starting to come together as we move into the interior finishes.

✅ Exterior siding is complete
✅ Insulation is complete
✅ Drywall is hung and finished
🚜 Septic installation is officially underway

Next up, we’ll be moving into trim, paint, flooring, cabinetry, and all the finishing details that bring the space to life.

We’re excited to keep pushing this one toward the finish line and deliver another quality build for our clients!

Trim & Cabinet Day at Our South Mills Custom Home!

Another exciting milestone is in the books! Our South Mills custom home is really starting to come to life with the installation of custom trim and beautiful cabinetry. It’s always exciting to see a house begin transforming into a home as the finishes start coming together.

The vaulted ceilings, custom details, and bright open floor plan are going to make this one truly stand out. Next up we’ll continue knocking out the finish work, countertops, paint touch-ups, fixtures, and all the final details that bring this home across the finish line.

Slab Day in Elizabeth City! 🏡🚧

Another major milestone is in the books! The concrete slab has officially been poured for our latest Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Elizabeth City, NC, and we’re one step closer to bringing this project to life.

ADUs are one of the most versatile investments a homeowner can make. Whether you’re creating a space for aging parents, welcoming returning family members, generating rental income, building a private guest house, or even creating the perfect home office or hobby space, an ADU offers endless possibilities while adding long-term value to your property.

With the slab complete, we’ll be moving into one of our favorite phases next—framing! We’ll be going vertical very soon, and it’s always exciting to watch a project transform from a foundation into a home.
