Big progress is being made on this accessory dwelling unit in Elizabeth City, NC!

✅ Block work completed
✅ Underslab plumbing completed

Next up, we’ll have everything inspected, install the moisture barrier, and get ready for one of the most exciting milestones of the project — pouring the slab! Once the concrete is down, we’ll be ready to start going vertical and bring this new space to life.

🎉 Happy Thursday… It’s CO Day! 🎉

One of the best days in construction is finally here — we received the Certificate of Occupancy on this beautiful ADU in Moyock, NC! 🏡✅

After months of planning, inspections, coordination, and hard work from our team and trade partners, this project officially passed its final inspection this morning and is ready to be enjoyed.

This new space was designed to provide comfort, independence, and lasting value for this family, and we couldn’t be happier to see it reach the finish line. From the first shovel in the ground to the final approval, it’s been an incredible project to be a part of.

A huge thank you to our clients for trusting Knowles Property Solutions throughout the process. Watching families move into spaces we’ve built never gets old.

Big progress happening in Camden County!

Framing is coming to an end, and this beautiful custom home is really starting to take shape. Next up, we’ll be setting windows, wrapping the house, and installing a brand-new GAF roofing system to get this home dried in and protected from the elements.

Every stage brings this family’s dream home one step closer to reality, and we’re excited to keep the momentum rolling.

Updated on some projects over here at Knowles Property Solutions! 🔥

The kitchen remodel in Moyock is coming together great! All electrical has been relocated, drywall repairs are complete, and the custom cabinetry is going in today. This one is making a huge transformation and we can’t wait to show the finished product.

Our Moyock ADU project is also moving right along — flooring is in and we’re getting all trades through for final punch out items. This one is officially getting close to the finish line! 🏁

Over in Camden, the custom home foundation should be wrapped up today and we’ll continue pushing forward full speed on the next phases of construction. Excited to watch this one come out of the ground!
