We moved in quickly and replaced the existing line of Orangeburg pipe, that was crushed underground.

Customer now has a running sewer again with a new clean out, and is going to finish grade/ reseed

Finishing off 2025 with this 280-square-foot tiny house conversion, it was thoughtfully designed and built from the ground up by transforming an existing garage into a fully functional, high-end living space. Every aspect of the structure was carefully evaluated and upgraded to meet modern residential standards while maximizing comfort, efficiency, and style within a compact footprint.

The build includes a fully insulated envelope, upgraded framing where required, new electrical and plumbing systems, and efficient heating and cooling to ensure year-round comfort. The interior layout was strategically planned to optimize usable space, featuring a well-appointed living area, a modern kitchenette, a dedicated sleeping zone, and a full bathroom—all finished with high-quality materials and craftsmanship.

Attention to detail was prioritized throughout the project, with custom finishes, smart storage solutions, and durable, low-maintenance materials selected to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Natural light was incorporated through well-placed windows, creating an open and inviting atmosphere that feels significantly larger than its square footage suggests.

What started as a simple door-not-closing issue turned into a major structural find. The foundation wall showed signs of surface rot, but once we opened it up, the entire section was rotted due to moisture from the deck above.
We removed all compromised material, jacked and leveled the joists, rebuilt the wall and deck structure, and finished the job by replacing the door.
Another solid repair and a very happy customer!
