A special moment Saturday night — surprising our owner, Jake Asbell, with a plaque for 25 years of service.

“From father to son; from past to future: 25 years of leadership.”

What made this moment even more meaningful? The award was presented by his dad’s very first employee, Joe Ruark - who is still proudly part of our team. A powerful reminder of loyalty, legacy, and the roots this company was built on.

From starting here at age 16 to taking over the company after his father’s passing, he’s led with strength, integrity, loyalty, and pride. We’re thankful for everything he’s built and everything he continues to pour into this company. 👏
