Removed an old wooden door from a local cabin and installed a Dutch door.

We just finished a pretty extensive project for a customer. The customer’s concrete slab was cracked in multiple places allowing water to get in and rust out the steel decking. We had to dig and pour concrete footers in the basement, lay a couple of block walls, install steel I-beams, install steel decking, pour concrete slabs, install custom made steel trough drain, install railings and fabricate new stair rails. Here are some pics of the process from start to finish.

Removed rotten deck steps and stringers. Rebuilt steps with new LED lights.

A few before and after pics of a remodel job we are finishing up. New paint, removed old carpet and vinyl flooring and put down LVP flooring, installed 3 ceiling fans and recessed lighting, replaced all light switches and electrical outlets, installed microwave above the stove, drywall repairs and replaced two windows.
