New set of plans for patio structure designed and drawn by Checkmate Construction. With permit in hand we are ready to start building soon.

Just before concrete was poured. All drains water and electrical lines are in as well as rebar and all anchor bolts. Everything done to plan’s specifications ( that’s easy since we draw all our blueprints in-house ). Once the inspector signed of on it concrete was placed. Check back soon for more pictures as we progress.

Flashback Friday- a patio cover that we have done few years back. Stucco columns to match the house, bamboo ceiling and of course lights,fan, speakers, and pre-wired for a movie projector for those warm evening nights.
