Duplex condo update-we are progressing and hope to be complete by year’s end. Landscaping done, driveway being poured today, fence almost complete, cabinets and countertops in, Jake’s working on the tile, Craig’s busy,busy, busy!

So we’re coming along on the exterior of our duplex project. Fence is almost done and landscaping starts tomorrow. On the inside, sheet rock is just being completed and Craig and Jake will be painting the interior. It’s gonna change quickly now.

Project update: progress inside is going strong! The exterior of the building is almost done, then we will proceed with fencing, landscaping, and finishing the interior with tape and texture.

Duplex Update: The exterior of the duplex is progressing with roof sheathing, roof paper, and roofing materials in place. Siding trim has been installed, plank siding is underway, and exterior paint colors and stone facade are being reviewed. Meanwhile, interior rough-in plumbing is ongoing. Overall, things are advancing nicely.

Remodeling and completion of pre-Christmas deck, rail and porch roof system with some really incredible, old-growth, vertical grain clear cedar that the client (a master carver) had been saving for a special project.
