The National Roofing Contractors Association recommends semi-annual inspections for most commercial roofing systems: once in spring after freeze-thaw stress, once in fall before winter loading season.

Most properties get one inspection a year, often triggered by a leak rather than a schedule.

Oklahoma State Capitol

Some roofs protect a building. This one protects a piece of history.

At the Oklahoma State Capitol, our team replaced the historic roof on the south wing with custom-fabricated 16oz copper roofing and cupolas, handcrafted and installed by our steep slope team.

A building that houses the Oklahoma Legislature across more than 450,000 square feet demands a different level of care: matching historic profiles, working at scale on an active government landmark, and delivering craftsmanship that will be part of this building for generations.
