Another bathroom project wrapped up.. Or should I say two bathrooms wrapped up!.. We remodeled two bathrooms in this clients home.. First was a hallway bath with a new tub, onyx surround, tile floor, vanity top and fixtures. Next, was the master bathroom, where we gutted the existing shower room and moved plumbing to make the tile shower bigger. New double vanities w/tower storage, tile floor, heated towel rack, tile shower and barn slider glass doors... Stay Tuned! A lot in the works!

Job completion alert!.. When we started working with these homeowners they had a vision in mind to keep the same vintage feel for this bathroom remodel. We tore out the existing shower to make it a closet for storage, re-rough for a new soaker tub, tile around the whole bathroom and chrome fixtures.

Here is a recent deck project for a repeat customer of ours. We re-did both the lower entertaining deck and the upper sitting deck landing in TimberTech decking and Atlantis Rail systems. A nice clean look for a contemporary set-up. Stay Tuned, we have more deck projects to be posted this spring!

With construction, you need a vision or a plan for projects. We like to make sure we have the same vision as what the home owner is wanting the end result to look like. They may not be the exact products, selections or colors that end up being chosen.. But, at least it gives a good representation of the final outcome!

Master Bathroom Refresh! We took this existing bathroom, kept the same layout but, updated the existing fiberglass shower to a tile shower with glass half-wall and a new freestanding soaker tub. All of the vanities, countertops were updated to new with new mirrors and lighting. All of the existing tiles floors were demo'd, removed and new tile installed in the bathroom, toilet area and closet. LIKE, COMMENT, SHARE!!!

small space... BIG CHANGES! We took an existing kitchen and revamped it with some newer modern features. The homeowner liked the existing layout but, wanted additional tile in the backsplash, as well as, an accent piece behind the range.. We also added two floating wood shelves and a white paneled accent wall. We re-used the existing wood top for the island cabinets. The existing appliances were also re-used in the space except for the new range hood and ductwork.

Sunroom Porch Refresh!! We took an existing sunroom porch, saved the roof.. But, re-framed the walls, floors, added new electrical and then spray foam insulation. On the interior we painted all the new drywall walls & ceiling, installed new LVP flooring and fully trimmed out. On the exterior we matched the existing sunroom porch details but, wrapped the whole exterior in white PVC trims instead of wood.
