I think this has to be my favorite job that I've done so far. I was able to go in, work for a few hours, and make a dramatic change to this beautiful property that was hidden in the underbrush. This client had her property listed with a realtor, and wanted to have it cleaned up some in hopes of selling it faster. I don't know if it made a difference or not, but it definitely showed better. If your interested or curious about mulching, and if it may be what your property needs, call me. This was a job I done in chandler behind ace hardware. I enlisted the help of a friend that mows and sprays pastures for a living, Bryan Boyett-903-279-1467. We cleared this lot for a developer that hadn't done anything with it in quite a while. Job went smoothly and was completed in about six hours.

This was my first major mulching job. It was really thick in some areas, was sandy, and had limited maneuverability in some areas, but nothing a little time, money, and a compact mulcher couldn't handle. Just a few before and after pics of this beautiful property. This customer was wanting to take out the underbrush so they could see through what they had, open it up, and enjoy it. Turns out the customers were Aggies, and were great to work for. They were kind enough to invite me in to have lunch with them the three days I was there, a pleasure doing business with them.

So this was my first job, small and pretty simple. This customer came to me through a friend of a friend and was frustrated due to the money they had already spent on trying to have the pool set up, but never being able to use it because the water was a foot higher on one side, and then collapsing. I rented equipment that could access the back yard and made it happen. Pool got leveled, filled, and sodded. Job complete, happy customer. I wanted to post this to show the range of things that I can do, not only mowing down trees.
