Below you will see an non-nailable surface we discovered after our tear-off this morning!😅

After we tore a complete roof system off, the decking was not structurally sound to install a new roof on top of! We quickly contacted the homeowners insurance that we had been working with for an official approval to replace the decking to make sure we had a solid nailable surface for this new roof. We got the thumbs up👍, got to work 🔨, and fully redecked this Gastonia home 🛠️!
