Dear Kingsbridge Residents,
This is a petition to stop the Legacy at Moss Development (Rezoning Petition 2025-025), which proposes the construction of 21 multi-family units at 13814 Moss Road, “Legacy at Moss,” adjacent to our community.
As outlined in the attached petition, this development raises serious concerns, including:
Increased flooding risks
Traffic volume and safety risks for children and pedestrians, due to the lack of direct access to Moss Road
Added strain on our water and sewer infrastructure, risking low pressure and potential sewer backups
Our community’s proposed alternative:
Maintain the current zoning entitlement of 13 single-family homes at 13814 Moss Road with direct access from Moss Road.
We urge you to review the provided petition sent to your email and join us in making your voice heard. Please ensure your signature is legible when completing the petition.
Deadline to sign: October 19, 2025
Please note: The public hearing has been postponed to October 20, 2025.
Your participation is vital to help preserve the safety, infrastructure, and quality of life in Kingsbridge.
Thank you for your support,
- Concerned Kingsbridge Owners
