Dear Ms Browne,
Thanks for the great review however In you own statement you told me it has been 1 1/2 years since your service was performed. Although hydro- jetting is the best recommended service for clearing sewer lines, it is not a permanent fix if you have tree root pe*******on. I do give and honor a 90 day warranty with all my hydro-jetting however you stated it has been 1 1/2 years. Tree roots grow back and get worse over time. No other company that I am aware of gives a warranty on tree roots more than 6 month unless you dig up and repair where tree roots growing into. I also did not charge you 4 times the amount to hydro-jet. I advise you to call around and ask about hydro-jetting prices and you will find I was more than fair with a 90 day warranty. Yes I laughed when you said I should come back out for free, at least I did not cuss you out. Have a nice day and remember next time you have a stopped up sewer line , Please do not call Pinkerton Plumbing.

Winter storm advisory. The temperature will be in the low teens to single digits over the next week. Be sure and let a faucet run slightly and or get some heat source on your well equipment and or external tankless water heater. A thermostatically controlled heat tape works well at your external tankless water heater. Be safe and we will be open for business in case of emergency and if road conditions allow for safe travel.

Today is Jan 30, 2026 and I want to clear up any confusion that my loyal customers may have. Pinkerton Plumbing is open for business, yes I took some time off to grieve my son’s untimely death but have been back full time since May 2025.
