Hail damage? Call a local, reputable roofer. Someone knocking on your door, telling you they can help, is probably a storm chaser.
They will offer you a “free” roof. And once they have your money, will leave with your guarantee. If they show up to do your roof at all!
If they “save” you from your deductible, they are involving you in insurance fraud.
Be careful out there!!

Just a reminder, if you have a present leak damaging your ceiling, use a screw driver or similar tool to poke a hole in the center of the water mark, place a bowl or trash can under the hole to catch the water. This will help reduce damage and the subsequent repair of the drywall, until help can arrive and stop the leak.

This is a bullet, it was removed from a roof, it was causing a leak which damaged the interior of a home and cost a homeowner money for repairs and time to have them done.
This homeowner is lucky. It only cost money and time.

It could have cost him or his loved ones their life.

Shooting guns for celebration, think New Years Eve, Independence Day and others, is very dangerous.
Bullets shot up, must come down and believe it or not they travel faster on the way down due to velocity and gravity.

If it can kill being shot from a gun, it can kill returning to earth.
Mark fixes 6-8 roofs a year from bullet holes!
STOP SHOOTING GUNS If you cannot retrieve the bullet yourself. Celebrations shouldn’t kill people.
