We’re Hiring!

Elite Management Group is looking for a hard-working, and detailed-oriented individual who will undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. Duties will include assisting leadership with database management and customer related responsibilities.

Responsibilities Customer Service Specialist:
· Create onboarding database and spreadsheets for new clients.
· Adjust database on an as-needed basis.
· Maintain product knowledge to support current/new clients.
· Import, test, and adjust database for new clients.
· Assist in the creation or updates of necessary documents.
· Attend and serve as a team member for tradeshows and conventions.
· Assist in setting up demo appointments.

Qualifications / Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.
· Understanding of database design and management.
· Excellent time management, organizational & communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines.

Requirements:
· Microsoft Office experience
· Reliable transportation

People can’t get financed because interest rates have increased so much so fast. Even though it’s not the highest it’s ever been, when you add the inflated costs to construct there is a lot of risk for all involved, the builder, the finance company, and the buyer. Add all the uncertainty with the wars around the world and builders are taking a hard look at their risks.

Home builder confidence in October fell four points to 40 from a downwardly revised September reading in the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index ( ).
