Compañia pequeña esta en busca de sub contratistas en el area de Wiston-Salem/Greensboro / Charlotte/ Rock Hill. Debe tener conocimiento y experiencia en pintura, mantenimiento de interior y exteriores RENOVACION COMPLETA (instalar puertas y su hardware, abanicos de techo, lamparas, sheetrock, plomeria leve y electricidad leve, etc). Importante debe poseer el seguro de General Liability y alguna forma de identificacion como W7 o Seguro Social. Requerimos fotos de la experiencia acumulada y almenos 1 referencia.
