Made this main entry more open to let more light it. Thanks to S&K Electric for the electric work. We also changed out all the outlets and switches from ivory to white, completed all trim in the house and interior doors along with 2 exterior doors. New window and screen doors to come when weather breaks and painting can be done.

When you do a remodel there is no reason to do it wrong. After discovering water leaking thru the block. We did a little footer drain repair and block sealing then moved forward to framing, correcting electrical and insulation and drywall, drop ceiling snd LVP flooring. Only thing needing subed out was carpet to Jake Bennage Flooring.
