This woman also has co-conspirators if she signed a deed and a notary notarized it. Whomever forged the “seller’s” signature was clearly involved and the notary who fraudulently stamped a fake signature can also be held accountable! A buyer doesn’t sign a deed, the seller does.

The HOA would require an ownership transfer form be completed and they probably charge a hefty fine to change ownership. I’m glad the HOA did something useful and caught the woman trying to get the gate code.

You can locate YOUR deed and other documents filed with most counties online by a quick name search. 👀 Keep an eye on your stuff!!
