The Crowder Corporate Office School Supply Drive for Classroom Central generated an incredible donation of nearly 1,700 school supplies, helping provide essential resources for teachers and students across our community.

These supplies will support classrooms in 227 schools throughout multiple counties, helping educators equip students for a successful school year.

Together, we continue to invest in education and make a meaningful impact where it's needed most!

Crowder Employees! Don't forget to check your Wellness Passports to see how you can earn up to $750, and covered spouses can earn up to $250, in wellness contributions to be deposited in January of 2027. It is as simple as scheduling a physical with your primary care doctor and completing a health risk assessment! All materials for your 2026 Wellness Passport are due to the benefits team by Thursday, October 1st.

🍂🏌️‍♂️ Welcome to our Fall Co-Ops! 🏌️‍♀️🍂

Crowder recently welcomed our Fall Co-Op students for orientation, giving them an opportunity to learn more about our company, connect with team members, and begin their hands-on experience in the construction industry. The group also enjoyed a fun outing at Topgolf, building relationships and getting to know one another before heading to their project assignments.

We're excited to have these talented students join the Crowder team this semester and look forward to watching them learn, grow, and contribute throughout their co-op experience.

Progress continues at Crowder's West Lumberton Floodgate Project as crews advance construction on critical flood protection infrastructure, including reinforced concrete floodwalls, erosion control measures, and the railroad floodgate structure. Once complete, this vital component of Lumberton's flood resilience system will help protect the community from future flooding while allowing normal rail operations to continue during non-flood conditions.

High temperatures can put anyone at risk for heat-related illness. Knowing the signs, such as muscle cramps, fatigue, dizziness, and confusion, can help prevent a medical emergency.

The EAP is a FREE mental health benefit for you and any immediate family member living in your household. Crowder's JFK WTP Expansion project had a celebration to recognize project employees for their safety efforts. Safety has remained a fundamental priority throughout the project, demonstrated through the consistent commitment and involvement of Crowder and subcontractor craft personnel with the support from project management. From the field to the project office, all personnel have embraced a safety-first mindset and recognized that maintaining a safe work environment is a shared responsibility.

This commitment is reflected in the project’s proactive safety efforts. CYTD, more than 26K self-performed hours have been completed, along with 397 Behavior Based Observations conducted to identify positive behaviors, recognize opportunities for improvement, and reinforce safe work practices. These efforts demonstrate that safety is not simply a requirement of the project, but is integrated into how the work is planned, performed, and managed.

The dedication demonstrated by craft personnel and project management has been instrumental in successfully achieving key project milestones while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Great job, team!

Progress continues at our Mountain Island ESSI project. Crews have advanced work across multiple areas of the site, continuing Zone 1 backfill operations while beginning excavation activities in Zone 3. Work also got underway on the recreational access road, marking another important milestone for the project.
Additionally, deep soil mixing and soil improvement efforts were successfully completed, treating approximately 22,350 cubic yards of soil to help prepare the site for future construction activities.
