Sorry we’ve been a little quiet!

We haven’t disappeared—we’ve just been busy behind the scenes, focused on finishing out a few high-quality outdoor living projects for our customers.

Now that we’re wrapping up some of these projects, we’re excited to start showing you what we’ve been working on!

First up is Project Rodriguez.

This backyard went from an underutilized wooded space to a beautiful outdoor retreat featuring a custom patio, seating wall, natural stone fire feature, water fountain, landscape lighting, new plantings, and more.

We’re proud of how this one came together, and even more excited that the homeowners now have a space they can enjoy with family and friends for years to come.

Project Coleman is one of our favorite backyard transformations because it completely changed how this property functions and feels.

When we started, the backyard consisted of little more than grass and a severely washed-out drainage gully running through the center of the yard. Our goal was to solve the drainage issues while creating an outdoor living space the homeowners could enjoy for years to come.

The completed project included:

* Dry river rock drainage system to eliminate erosion and manage stormwater
* Pondless waterfall that adds the sound and beauty of moving water with minimal maintenance
* Custom pergola with integrated electrical, decorative lighting, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort
* Stone veneer outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining
* Raised paver patio and connecting walkway
* Landscape planting beds with fresh mulch
* Integrated in-paver LED lighting throughout the patio
* Waterfall accent lighting to showcase the feature after dark

Today, the space is no longer just a backyard—it’s a destination for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors. Best of all, the drainage problems that once plagued the property have been transformed into one of its most beautiful focal points.

Built four years ago, Project Coleman continues to look and perform just as it was designed, proving that quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design stand the test of time.

The homeowners wanted an outdoor area that was elegant, functional, and built to last. The finished result is a beautiful patio and outdoor kitchen that creates the perfect setting for everything from family dinners to hosting friends on the weekend.

A Patio That Makes a Statement

The foundation of this project is a stunning paver patio constructed with Belgard Outdoor Living Cambridge Cobble in Arctic with Black accent pavers. The contrast between the light field pavers and darker borders gives the patio a clean, timeless appearance while defining the entertaining space.

Cambridge Cobble offers the classic look of natural stone with the durability needed to withstand years of North Carolina weather.
