This time of year is one of the most crucial times for your lawn! Core aeration and seeding/fertilization is very important to building and maintaining a luscious lawn!

Because of the heavy clay content of our soil, compaction is a problem, which means oxygen can’t reach the roots of the grass. This causes grass to develop shallow roots and makes it more susceptible to drought, heat and disease stress.

Mid September to Mid October is prime time for these much needed services to take place .

After much thought and discussion with family, we feel that it is time for us to scale back our business. We are going to be completely getting away from mowing, and will only be doing mulching, gravel, hardscapes, pine needles, etc. Due to rising costs of everything, it’s hard to keep the same pricing for our customers and the market is saturated with people mowing.

As always, our family comes first and we are going to focus on family and spend more time together and focus on our childrens sports, etc.

Thank you to everyone over the years for your business, and keep us in mind for your cleanup needs!

The amount of rain we received over the last several days has put a huge damper on things. The ground is extremely saturated and mowing now could cause more damage to your yard.

What a day and night! Severe storms in our area and multiple confirmed tornadoes touched down in Iredell County.
