⚡ We're Hiring: Electrician / MEP Technician ⚡

Build Homes. Solve Problems. Have Fridays Off.

Axhoj Enterprises is looking for an Electrician / MEP Technician to help build high-quality steel-framed modular homes right here in our factory.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔌 Install electrical systems in modular homes
💧 Assist with plumbing and mechanical (MEP) installations
🛠️ Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
📋 Troubleshoot and correct issues before homes leave the factory
🤝 Work alongside framers, carpenters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and production staff to keep projects moving
✅ Help ensure every home leaves our facility built with quality and pride

We'd Love to Meet You If You...
Have electrical experience (residential experience is a huge plus!)
Can read blueprints and electrical schematics
Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out
Have basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems (or are willing to learn)
Like working with a team that actually enjoys what they do
Take pride in quality craftsmanship
Show up ready to work with a positive attitude

PAY: $18.00 - $25.00

At Axhoj Enterprises, we're changing the way homes are built. Our team constructs high-quality steel-framed modular homes inside a controlled manufacturing facility, giving our employees a safer, cleaner, and more consistent work environment year-round.

We're looking for motivated framers and construction professionals to join our growing team. Wood framing experience is welcome, but we're especially interested in candidates who want to learn and work with steel framing systems.

What You'll Do
- Construct wall, floor, and roof assemblies
- Read and interpret production drawings and plans
- Install and assemble steel framing components
- Measure, cut, and secure framing materials
- Work with production teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the build process
- Assist with general construction and production activities as needed

What We're Looking For

✅ Framing or general construction experience required

✅ Experience with steel framing is a plus, but not required

✅ Ability to read a tape measure accurately

✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools

✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

✅ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain active throughout the workday

✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Finish Carpenter / Punch Out Technician

- Pageland, SC
- $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Full time, Monday - Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm
- Fridays off

Looking for a 4-day workweek and a team that values quality craftsmanship?
Axhoj Enterprises is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter / Punch Out Technician to help put the finishing touches on our steel-framed modular homes before they leave our factory.

This isn't rough framing. This is the final stage—the details that make a house feel like a home.

You'll be the last set of eyes on each project, ensuring every home meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer.

What You'll Do

- Complete final punch-list items throughout finished homes
- Install and adjust trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and finish materials
- Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed
- Identify and correct cosmetic and workmanship issues
- Work closely with production supervisors and other trades
- Ensure homes meet company quality standards before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

- Previous finish carpentry experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Experience installing trim, doors, cabinets, and finish materials
- Ability to identify quality concerns and solve problems independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance
