Here is a bathroom that was in serious need of a quick refresh.
The age of the house/room was clearly showing; tiles and tub were stained and discolored from years of use and neglect. After all loose tiles were re-attached, a thorough cleaning, disinfection, calking replacement, and the tub and tiles were ready for "New Life!"
A primer (or adhesion promoter) was first sprayed on, followed by a few coats of bright white urethane top coat, giving the bathroom a fresh, clean, sanitary look and feel.
