We removed some damaged, cheap flooring that was improperly installed in the kitchen. Then, we installed a v***r barrier and put down new Lifeproof LVP floors (Shire Mount Maple) in the kitchen and dining room. It came out great. The flooring warms up the space and really makes the traditional trim pop. Before and after pictures attached.

We helped a customer by replacing their attic access door/ ladder with a new insulated one. Much more sturdy and closes nicely. While we were up there, we patched and plastered the ceiling where a house fan used to be. Can’t even tell where the patch is at the opening of the hallway.

We did some shingle and trim repair/ replacement for a customer in Sturbridge MA. No more soft spots on windows, trim, or siding! Everything is water tight for the winter. Before and after pictures (except the last picture is just an after picture of the corner trim)
