These retractable screen casement windows are where it’s at. Whether this client wants to close off their space with the windows and heat it with their wood stove or open it up to the outside air without worrying about bugs, these windows offer lots of flexibility.

While we all like to see the finished product, this is the part of any build that matters the most. For this detached garage, we poured foundation walls that are 9.5’ tall, 10” thick and reinforced by #6 rebar every 1’ vertically and 2’ horizontally: All of which is sitting on a super strong footing. The concrete mix was 4000 PSI with fiber. Needless to say, these walls aren’t going anywhere for a very, very, long time.
