Riverbend Edit hasn't quite yet been born... but we're excited to be working on our brand and business plan to bring Chattanooga a residential and commercial general contracting company focusing on historic preservation and unique mixed-use development projects. Riverbend Edit specializes in complex designs and historical and luxury renovations. We acknowledge the problems of displacement that come along with redevelopment and renovations. Our vision for new developments helps address the issue of displacement, preserving both history and affordability.
