"Maple Valley Construction" is a registered DBA in TN and a registered trade name in AL for "Riverbend Edit LLC" Please note that our licensing information is under Riverbend Edit LLC.

Our Alabama General Contractor license number is 61795, and we are licensed to build projects of any size in the state of Alabama. Our Alabama Home Builder license number is 41800.

Our Tennessee General Contractor license number is 84952. In TN we are licensed to build projects up to $3 million (cost). This license is for both commercial and residential construction.

Our GA license has been approved, but we are awaiting the number as of today. Our GA license will also be unlimited, meaning that we are licensed to build projects of any size in the state of GA. This license will also be both commercial and residential.

Josh brings 35 years of construction experience. He began working as a framer in his teens, then started his own home building company in his mid-twenties. Josh has built hundreds of homes over his career. He has since served in executive leadership positions for some of the nations largest commercial contractors and has overseen multiple mega-projects from highway projects and major hospitals to some of the nations largest master-planned communities.

Carla brings over 30 years experience in real estate and home building and has served as Director of Operations and a business operations consultant for home builders and commercial general contractors. Carla has a keen eye for design and works together with our architects and drafters to bring your dream to life.
