We started the demo on this bathroom today and ripped everything out to the studs! We will rip out the tile, durock, hardwood floors & subfloor tomorrow. We will then out in a new subfloor and start building it back together! This is how we do all our bathroom remodels.

This bathroom remodel took some time to get it done, but we got it done! We encountered alot of the hidden problems behind the walls from the contractors/DIYers that did the work years ago. We had to run new electrical lines, replace all the old PVC supply lines with copper, new drain lines & we added heated floors! At the end of the day, we made our clients happy but we also created a new friendship.

Before & After Bathroom Remodel. We demo the bathroom down to the studs, we put in new electrical, drains and water lines, insulated, subfloor & a privacy window. We also added heated floors to keep those toes nice and warm.

Pro Tip: When you tile shower walls make sure they use cement board and have it waterproof. Who ever worked on it before just used gypsum green board and when we were removing it the tile would just fall off but also created mold behind the walls.

Before & After Stairway. We tore out the old stairs, reinforced them with new lumber, put in new stringers and installed new stairs treads and risers.
