Recent basement revamp we did. We cleared out and filled a 8’x16’ (!) dumpster worth of stuff (furniture, boxes, junk,etc.) then sealed, primed, painted and cleaned everything to give this basement a fresh look and open possibilities for studio space, shop space, rec space, etc. Do you have a basement that could use a fresh start? This roof cap above an exterior back stairwell deserved 5+ hours of scraping before we blasted it with 2 coats of Benjamin Clinate Guard. It was a color match to the trim around the house in a soft gloss. Truly a mesmerizing difference it makes for the aesthetic of this backyard.
