Novak Construction Company celebrated the grand opening of their 50th ground-up Costco warehouse on August 17, 2023, in Canton, Ohio. Construction on this 160,000 square foot warehouse started in September 2022. All new fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical were included in the scope of work along with a parking lot.

Novak looks forward to continuing the 20-year relationship with Costco by working together on several upcoming remodels and ground-up warehouse projects.

Construction at Target in Quincy, IL has wrapped up! This 110,000 square foot rebuild of a previous K-Mart took under a year to complete and features a Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, guest services, and team offices.

Thanks to everyone on the team for all their time and effort and those who came to celebrate the opening with us! 🎉
