Welcome to DSM contractors page. Please feel free to view all of the previous projects built by the owner of DSM contractors remodeling. We aim to provide top quality construction management services offering cost plus contracting services using preliminary design build services. We would like to provide a smaller preliminary design build contract to start the process. Prior to contracting for the actual building of the home. With the final budgeted cost in mind, we will make sure the finish selections are kept within the approx budgeted cost during the design selection phase. We will quote an order many of the finishes through our vendors which we get very good contractor pricing. This provides our clients the ability to price apples to apples using a full design package which will benefit the client. We than send the design out for bids from our qualified subcontractors getting multiple bids from each trade providing an open r***e with our clients selecting the best scope of work and pricing for the final build cost totals. We will add a margin for the management and ex*****on of the build to the final total line item direct costs The margin is for managing scheduling and overseeing quality controls of proper means and methods for each trade application and code requirements. Providing our clients with a top quality code plus home to serve their families for generations to come.
