Kathleen's experience stems from her career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Chicago Developer and a National Real Estate Sales and Marketing Firm. In this position she was responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for new construction condo, co-op and town home projects and condominium conversion developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. She has

extensive knowledge of the city market having led the sales teams of many of the high-rise buildings that make up our beautiful city’s skyline. Resulting in over 2,000 sold and over $1 billion in sales. Victoria's real estate sales experience is well versed in the areas of new construction and condominium conversions. She has considerable experience with developers, seller's, buyer's and renters and a thorough knowledge of the market place. Contributing to millions of dollars in sales.
