Weather and winter salt completely wrecked the front apron of this garage over in Radisson, leaving the slab cracked, spalling, and holding serious moisture.

We came in and gave it a complete structural and cosmetic overhaul!

First, we professionally dried out the slab to eliminate deep-seated moisture and fully rebuilt the front apron. Once the concrete was sound, we laid down Simiron Moisture V***r Barrier (MVB) to lock out ground water, followed by Simiron 1150FC Epoxy for ultimate strength. We broadcasted classic Dolerite Flakes for a clean, modern look and finished it off with our heavy-duty Polyaspartic Topcoat to take on future winter storms and road salt without flaking or fading.

We started with a professional, deep diamond grind to properly open up the concrete pores for maximum bond strength. Next, we applied a solid base coat of Simiron 1150FC Epoxy in Sandstone, broadcasted full-coverage Torginol Matador Flakes for a bold, earth-toned look, and locked it all down with an ultra-durable Polyaspartic Topcoat.

To make sure this floor is as safe as it is tough, we infused the topcoat with a non-slip grit additive for extra traction—especially during wet and snowy CNY winters.
