HVAC is insulated so no more condensation dripping on the ceiling ✅
Beams have been supported ✅
Dry wall hung ✅
First coat of mud done ✅

We could have just tore this down and redid the ceiling to “fix the cracks”. But it’s important to understand the cause of the cracks so your home is safe and your wallet isn’t opening back up in a year. Find a contractor who will stop and look for the root cause of the problem.

This might be our favorite thank you yet! Complete with friendship bracelets and all!

These moments remind us why we chose to start our own family business. Being able to build relationships with our customers based on trust, kindness and and quality work helps keep us going. I’d say Mike Ellison did a great job with this customer and really won them over. Looking forward to their next project!
